Thean Hou Temple, KL

Due to the Chinese New Year, lots of people went praying to what is supposed to be the most fancy Chinese temple in KL.

(Ah, for those who missed it, I finally got the chance to move to Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia! And there is a big Chinese community here, about 40% if I remember well.)

So we all had a week holiday to celebrate this event that I particularly related to of course, and went to Thailand (more on Thailand in the next posts) to try and escape the fireworks that have been going on in Malaysia every night, alllll night, for about 2 weeks now. Just doesn’t seem to end.

It’s the year of the snake, so we get the right to see little fluffy snakes everywhere in town, even in fancy restaurants. Like this one I got offered (yey!):

Gong Xi Fa Cai, everyone.
